Today we started the day in the best way, with Body Balance! We´re lucky to get to do this almost every day.
After a good breakfast go down to the beach, to our yoga platform, meet up all our lovely newly awakened guests and then have 45 minutes training with them. Get awaken the body with tai chi, yoga, pilates and then best of all get finish the class on top, with streaching and a few minutes of meditation. To get the minutes for yourself, close your eyes, relax, feel the sun and wind touch your skin, and just let go of all thoughts and musts.
This feeling should everyone get to feel once, it is wonderful! So do not forget to stop sometimes, take a deep breath and feel for what you and your body wants and needs.
