Just finnished an awsome afternoon class of our crosstraining Bodyvive, we were few but the energy was so crazy good and we were all pushing each other to work a little harder!
My legs are still shaking and my shirt got a new and darker colour..
I could never live without this feeling i think, when people lift each other to go beyond limits. Limits that are only in our heads, that we can push away if we dare to!
Today was also really fun because i played tennis for the first time!
There is a tennis teacher in the hotel so he tried his very best to teach me a little bit today.. And it was so much fun!! You dont think about that it is hard or that you get tired, you just run after this small yellow ball.
So now i hope i can get some moore time on the tennis court and then who knows, maybee i am the next Björ borg? ;)

Speaking of limits, this is from a midnight hiking in Bali!
We never thought we would, could or should climb up this mountain in total darkness but then we decided to take a chance and try it. So up we went climbing in the middle of the night and it was challenging, scary, cold and dark.
But then we reached the top, above the clouds, and saw a thunder and lightning storm far away in the sky.
We stayed there until the magic happened; sunrise. It looked like the sky was on fire and it felt like we were rising up together with it.
Life felt so great and beautiful in this moment.
And we were really happy that we ignored our fears and doubts and went for it!
